Designed to be interactive, this session focuses on the practical "hands-on" experience Cambia Health Solutions has had with its Management Outreach and Ethical Leadership Initiatives over the last five years, as measured by annual survey data. It primarily addresses the practice of one particular ethical leadership behavior, management communication, and its influence in driving ethical culture.

Since joining Cambia Health in 1999 Mr. Romrell has played a key role in developing and strengthening the company's ethics and compliance program. In 2009, Regence received the first annual BlueCross BlueShield Association Compliance & Ethics Best of Blue Award for its innovative "Developing Ethical Leaders" initiative.

This will be Mr. Romrell's fourth forum for presenting this information in the past 12 months. He has also presented on the subject of business ethics at the Grant Taggart Symposium for financial professionals at Brigham Young University and at continuing education courses for the Utah Association of Health Underwriters.

Prior to joining Cambia he practiced law either in law firms or in-house with corporations, including Huntsman Corporation, a global chemical company, where he developed and led the implementation of its ethics and compliance program.

He is a member of the advisory board to the Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative at the University of Utah, David Eccles School of Business, where he also has been a guest lecturer on ethical leadership in executive MBA classes.

Mr. Romrell earned a J.D. degree from the University of Utah and a bachelor's degree from Idaho State University.
