Over the course of the summer, the ECOA conducted five benchmarking surveys covering all principal aspects of E&C programs and distributed reports of those surveys to the membership. To commemorate the 20th anniversary on November 1 of the U.S.S.C. Sentencing Guidelines for Organizations - the set of legal standards that, more than any other, have given shape and drive to U.S. based E&C programs - the ECOA is pleased to offer its members a webcast exploring the practical ramifications of key survey findings. The webcast will examine twenty findings in areas such as risk assessment, program governance and management, training and communications, auditing and assessment, and program promotion and enforcement--and offer practical strategies for using those findings to develop and maintain strong E&C programs.
