The Ethics and Compliance Officer Association (ECOA) Foundation was established to promote ethical practices in organizations through education and research. To date, the foundation has received support for several projects, including The Ethics and Compliance Handbook—A Practical Guide From Leading Organizations; creating a DVD and Leader’s Guide for the educational program Ethics on Trial; co-creating “Measuring Program Effectiveness” report; and the ECOA-ERC Benchmarking Initiative. In addition, the foundation has allowed the ECOA staff to share its expertise and thought leadership with numerous nonprofit organizations and universities worldwide.
