This year's pre-conference workshops are scheduled for Tuesday, September 23, 2008. Full-day workshop times are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Half-day workshop times are 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pre-registration is required. Pre-conference workshops include continental breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch.

When registering for two sessions (one half-day AM and one half-day PM) use the appropriate combination code in the second list below.
