How Effective is Your Employee Training? Leslie Altizer, Senior Director of Benchmarking Services, Ethics Resource Center Do you really know if your employees are getting the most out of your ethics training? Is your investment in training actually yielding positive change in employee behavior and decision making in your organization? Recent research from the Ethics Resource Center has identified the most effective methods of conducting ethics training. In this session, ERC will share findings and offer tips for ways you can structure your ethics training program to effectively use limited resources, and to meet the learning needs of different segments of your population (generations, job functions, etc.). Session participants will receive the ERC report of findings from our training effectiveness study.
