Over the past year the Ethics Resource Center has partnered with both the ECOA and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) to survey both ethics officers and HR professionals on their views of ethics in their organizations. Find out what ethics officers and HR professionals say about their involvement in the ethics function, their personal use of the ethics program, and their views about one another.
