and compliance conference in Orlando. A variety of pre-conference
workshops, plenary sessions, and concurrent presentations will inform
and challenge you.
The ECOA conference is the largest multi-industry gathering of
corporate ethics and compliance practitioners. Sessions will be led by
prominent subject matter experts and experienced ethics and compliance
officers. Conference sessions address the latest issues and provide
opportunities for the exchange of innovative ideas and practical, proven
methods for implementing and maintaining successful ethics, compliance
and business conduct programs.

CLE Credit - Continuing Legal Education
The 2008 Annual Business Ethics and Compliance
Conference
The Ethics and Compliance Officer Association is registered with the
National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor
of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE
Sponsors. Our Sponsor ID is: 108875. State boards of
accountancy have final authority of the acceptance of individual courses
for CPE credit. A maximum of 15.3 credits based on a 50 –
minute hour will be granted. Recommended experience level for this
course is intermediate to advanced. No prerequisites or advance
requirement exist for this activity. This is a group-live
activity. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addressed
to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, 150 Fourth Avenue North, Suite

MCLE
Required sponsor documentation has been forwarded to and credit
requested from MCLE states with general requirements for all
lawyers. Lawyers seeking credit in Pennsylvania must pay fees of
$1.50 per credit hour directly to the Pennsylvania CLE Board. ECOA,
the sponsor, pays applicable fees in other states where the sponsor is
required to do so as well as in states where a late fee may become
applicable. Please be aware that each state has its own MCLE rules
and regulations, including its definition of ‘MCLE.’
Therefore, certain programs may not receive credit in some
states.

The state of Indiana is approved for 26.4 hours of CLE credit,

The Kansas Continuing Legal Education Commission prefers, due to the
nature and scope of the Annual Conference, that applications for
accreditation of CLE credit be made on an individual basis by attorneys

Approved for 19.75 general credits with up to 19.75 ethics credits of
continuing legal education.
Texas
The 2008 Annual Conference has been accredited 16.5 hours of General
CLE.
West Virginia
The 2008 Annual Conference has been approved for 15.3 CLE hours, 2.10
of which are ethics.
Wisconsin
The 2008 Annual Conference has been approved for 18 CLE hours.
